Plants & Products

Every plant on site as a digital product, with container, substrate, location detail and QR/NFC code. The digital plant file your plant technicians pull up on the spot.

The digital plant file

In interior landscaping, knowledge is easily lost: which plant sits in which container at which location, and what happened to it last? blueplant keeps every real plant as a product: with a plant from the catalogue, container, substrate, location detail in the building and price group. The commercial side is on record too: whether the plant was bought, rented or taken over, and whether it is currently placed.

On top of that comes the care history: every care result, every photo and every documented problem hangs directly off the product. The result is a complete file for every single plant, instead of inventory lists in people’s heads and spreadsheets.

Straight to the right product by QR or NFC

Every product can be linked to a QR or NFC code. You assign the codes to your products in the office and order the matching labels and chips straight from us — every tag carries a unique blueplant code. On site, the plant technician scans and lands on the right product with its care history: no searching, no mix-ups, even when twelve similar planters stand in the lobby.

If you want, make scanning mandatory per visit: then it is on record that the work happened at the plant, not at a desk. How much of your inventory is already tagged is shown by the QR code coverage on the dashboard.

The plant catalogue as the foundation

The plant catalogue holds your species with versions (such as sizes) and care attributes: light needs from sunny to shade, water consumption above or below average. Products are configured cleanly from the catalogue instead of typing every plant freehand: the expert basis for every care visit, maintained once, used everywhere.

Containers, substrates and price groups

The surroundings are master data too, not free text: containers with their sizes and substrates (whether soil, Seramis or hydro) are set up once and simply selected on the product. Per product you assign price groups for care and rental: the basis for clean service records and the export into your invoicing.

Create hundreds of products without a hundred clicks

A new location with 300 plants is not an afternoon of typing: you create products in batches and edit them in bulk, for instance when a whole location moves to a new price group. Filters and search keep even large inventories manageable. And when you switch to blueplant, import templates and the public API help you create plants, containers and products straight from your legacy system.

Running list: the right order on site

Per location, the running list puts products into working order: floor by floor, room by room, the way you actually walk the building. You define the order in the office and adjust it anytime; plant technicians work through it in the app. Nothing skipped, nothing forgotten, not even on a first visit.

On the Starter plan you manage up to 1,500 products; Professional lifts the limit. The public API is part of Professional.
