A clean hierarchy instead of scattered lists
In interior landscaping everything hinges on master data: who is the customer, which plant stands at which location, and in which container? blueplant models the industry’s three-level hierarchy (customer → location → plant) cleanly, instead of spreading information across spreadsheets and people’s heads. Help starts right when you create a record: a duplicate check compares company and address before the same customer ends up in the system twice.
The customer account: all information in one place
Contact persons with a clear main contact, contracts with terms in years, quarters or months, and cost centres that flow into service records and invoicing: everything hangs directly off the customer account, nothing lives in separate lists.
The service-record recipient is also defined per customer: reports reach the right person. And when your plant technicians meet a new contact on site, they add them right there on the go.
Locations the way plant technicians need them
Every location carries what you need to know on site: opening hours, the building and room structure every plant is placed in, and practical notes on keys, water supply and reception.
The mobile app shows these notes together with location documents and comments right at the appointment: even a technician visiting for the first time finds their way, without calling the one colleague who knows the site.
Built for change
Customers and locations change; blueplant changes with them. When a contact person moves on, replace them in a single step: all references are reassigned automatically.
- Locations can be deactivated with a valid-until date and reactivated later without losing data: ideal for seasonal or paused customers.
- Contracts end via a valid-until date, cost centres are set inactive: the history stays complete.
Why it matters
When the master data is right, the rest follows: appointments, routes, care documentation and service records all draw on the same, current foundation. No employee stands in front of a plant unsure what to do, and no knowledge disappears when someone leaves the company.
On the Starter plan you manage up to 50 customers with one location each; Professional lifts these limits.
